What you'll do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers through inbound leads and outbound calls.
- Run needs-based conversations and help customers choose the right coverage.
- Meet and exceed weekly activity and sales goals.
- Build relationships in the community through events, referrals, and local marketing.
- Work closely with a supportive, high-performing team to deliver a great customer experience.
